Referral Guidelines

If you are a healthcare professional and would like to refer a client/patient living in Lewisham and Bromley that you feel would benefit from our services, please read the guidance below and complete/ return our referral form.

Please seek the client's permission before referring a client to us.

The Referral Process

Once we have received and approved your referral form, we may contact you for further information. We will then contact the client directly within three weeks to arrange an informal visit to the garden to introduce them to the project. Clients are welcome to attend this introductory visit with a friend, family member, carer or support worker.

As we receive more referral requests than we can currently support, we do operate a waiting list.

Clients are offered two opportunities to visit the garden to see if the project is suitable for them. If they repeatedly cancel or fail to attend the introductory visit, we will then offer the opportunity to other clients on our waiting list.
