Many thanks to the teams from Clifford Chance & Deutsche Bank who recently joined forces for an enjoyable and very productive Corporate Team Building Day on our market garden site in De Frene Road.
The team carried out lots of fantastic work including building picnic tables, cladding the outside kitchen area, digging clay for a replacement bread oven, and sorting out our firewood store ahead of the coming winter. The team’s hard work meant that jobs that are not always possible to take on within our project sessions, could be tackled and completed on the day. All their hard work and effort is very much appreciated.
A big thank you also goes to Conor at Community Southwark who did a great job organizing the day for both Clifford Chance and Deutsche Bank. Community Southwark have supported us over several years now arranging numerous corporate groups to work at Sydenham Garden for a day as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility programmes.
