Mindfulness at Sydenham Garden

We are really excited to be introducing a new Mindfulness course at Sydenham Garden!

 

Mindfulness can help to:

  • lower stress levels;
  • provide emotional balance;
  • develop a stronger focus, and;
  • shape our understanding of happiness

You are invited to join us on an 8 week course to help develop some tools to deal with issues that arise in our daily lives.

This course is suitable for anyone who is new to it, or if you are looking for opportunities to deepen your practice, or maybe exploring new ways of incorporating them into your daily living.

When:      Mondays, 25th January – 14th March

Where:      Sydenham Garden Resource Centre, 28a Wynell Road, SE23 2LW

Time:         11:30-1:00pm

Cost:           £5 per session, payable in 2 £20 instalments. (This course is run on a non-profit basis and therefore this fee is a contribution towards the running costs)
