Mindfulness Day – 4th June


A time to stop and pause!

Experts tell us that pausing several times during the day to reframe our thoughts will truly allow us to live our best life

But do we know HOW to do this?

Our one day Mindfulness Workshop will provide you with some of the tools to:

        • Meditate
        • De-stress
        • Recognise triggers to stress
        • Focus on the here and now
  • And much, much more


This is an opportunity to Practice Mindfulness
Thank you for your interest in the Mindfulness Day on the 4th June. The day will run from 10:00 am to 4:00 p.m. This will be a great opportunity to practice mindfulness and learn about its many benefits. Whether you are a beginner or advance there will be something there for you.
We are encouraging payment in advance as we are operating on a first come first serve basis and would not like you to miss out.

We have a fun packed day of mindfulness practices including eating, sitting and movement meditations, so dress for comfort. Even when the weather is warm the body can still get cool when focused attention is used – so please do bring warm things to be on the safe side as there’s nothing worse than being cold in the mindfulness practices!

We are asking everyone to bring a packed lunch – we will be eating together in the venue. There will be tea and coffee available and there are facilities for making them on the premises. It would be good to have a water bottle.

Bring a blanket if possible and we will also encourage to bring anything else that you need to be comfortable in the practices. We would also like to ask you to bring a yoga mat.
