Mindfulness is simply awareness. Being fully present and aware of your actions, thoughts and feelings. It may seem too simple, but with practice, mindfulness can help you see challenges in a new light, tap into your creativity, and improve your response to stress.
During this 2-hour weekly workshop, we will explore the fundamentals of practising mindfulness. Through a series of activities, we will bring focus and attention to the present moment. Absolutely no experience in mindfulness training is required. Come as you are.
