Annual Evaluation 2019 of Sydenham Garden Projects

This year’s evaluation continues to record significant changes in wellbeing for co-workers who complete their placements at Sydenham Garden. This finding means that there will have been a measurable improvement in depressive symptoms in these individuals.

The headlines from this year are:

• 378 co-workers accessed Sydenham Garden projects. This is 24 more than last year.
• 125 co-workers successfully completed a placement with us. This is 4 less than last year.
• Co-workers measured using the Warwick Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale saw meaningful improvements to their wellbeing.

While we maintained our level of success from previous years, referral numbers and those commencing with us have increased.
