After such a long lay off due to Covid-19, we’re pleased to note we are now able to start taking bookings again for Away Days.
Given the continuing situation with Covid-19, we may need to limit group numbers and the days of the week we can make The Hub available for Away Days.
The peaceful surroundings of our Market Garden in De Frene Road offer the ideal setting to hold a team Away Day. Groups of up to 15 can be based in The Hub, an eco-build classroom overlooking the whole garden with outdoor decking for fine weather and access to our outdoor classroom, greenhouse and orchard spaces.
You could simply hire The Hub, to deliver your own activities or we can facilitate sessions as appropriate, focused on giving people time to reflect, collaborate and harness creativity. We can also provide workshops for exploring mental health in the workplace and useful strategies for tackling stress, anxiety and low mood through access to creative activities and nature.
The site is a working garden and currently ‘off grid’. Having no mains electricity and limited Wi-Fi connectivity on site offers your team the opportunity to have a break from the day to day office environment and do something different. If you do wish to bring laptops and other electronic devices, they just need to be adequately charged. You are more than welcome to arrange a time to call in and have a look around the site to make sure it is suitable for your requirements and what you want to achieve from your Away Day.
