We are pleased to announce this year’s AGM will be held in person at the Resource Centre on Thursday 18 December 2025. Anyone who would like to attend will be most welcome to join us on the day.

If you haven’t already registered as a member for 2025, you can do so by completing our membership form here
Please note, in order to qualify to attend the AGM as a Member your completed application form needs to returned to us by 17:00 on 16 December 2025.
If you would like to submit a Proxy vote please submit this no later than 17:00 on 16 December 2025.
